We create each piece of jewelry specifically for each customer. Due to the reason of our jewelry being made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges & order cancellations, all items are final sale.
In the unfortunate event that an item is blemished during transport, please reach out to support@ohlora.com with details of your item. I will work out the best solution for you!

Oh Lora ships to 37 countries:
- North America: United States, Canada, Mexico
- South America: Brazil

- Asia: Thailand, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
All orders inside Singapore are shipped by courier using Singpost. All orders outside Singapore are shipped with Singpost and then handled by your local Post office services.
All orders come with tracking that you can follow up at your local Postal service site once our package enters your country. Please be sure to leave your telephone number in the order form for the local post office to get in contact with you regarding on any delivery issue.
How long will delivery take?
Current processing time for handmade-to-order items is estimated at 2-7 business days*
Delivery times range from 7-20 business days depending on the destination. For International Shipping, some countries and regions may require additional time for delivery due to regulations and custom clearance.
LOSS, DAMAGE OR THEFT
Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping address for your order. We’re not responsible for any package that is returned or lost due to an address error.
ORDER STATUS
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order.
Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Tax
International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges, depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs.
